- kite position during flight
IN is called as the kite starts in an upright position at <55. After a 5% right stretch a semi-circle is flown with a diameter of 40%. The kite is 'facing' in the flying direction. After the semi-circle a horizontal stretch is flown of about 30%; centre of that stretch at centre window. A second equally large semi-circle is flown at the right side of the wind window. OUT is called at landing, with the kite in an upright position.
