IN is called when the kite is flying at ^10, at least <30. Two loops will be flown (both loops for more then 360°) diameter 20%, distance of centres 25%, the first one counterclockwise the second one, right above, clockwise, the connecting line straight. OUT is called when the kite has travelled at least 25% straight up.
