Call IN when all kites form a closed polygon with the centre of the polygon at <>0^40. All kites simultaneously turn 90° anticlockwise, the centre point of the turn being about the right wingtip. Immediately after the turn, all kites fly a straight line of at least 20%. Call OUT at the end of the straight line.
