Key Elements

Call IN when the kites are at >60 and <60 respectively, the 'bottom' of the kite pointing in the flying direction. The horizontal flying paths, about ¼ kite width apart, are at ^15-20. At the meeting point the two kites get as close as possible (actual touching is not required) with not less than half a kite 'overlap'. The kites perform two 90° clockwise turns with a clear stop between the two turns. They continue the figure, flying horizontally, the leading edge of the kite pointing in the flying direction, on what was originally the other kite's path. Call OUT after at least 60% horizontal flight.
