Here’s a portrait I did about ten years ago of Oscar winning costume designer Jenny Beavan.
In the background you can see the Oscar which she shared with John Bright for A Room with a View. She has been nominated ten times and won twice, the second time in 2016 for Mad Max: Fury Road. She has also been nominated for 11 BAFTAs, winning three times. Over her career she has had a total of 49 nominations for costume design for film and television, winning 21 times.
